Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as development studies, statistics. economics, or social sciences
• 5 years M&E related NGO work experience (familiarity with media/human rights/ governance projects is an advantage)

Strong background in monitoring and evaluation methodologies and data analysis

Technical Skills

• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports (spss., Ovid, R, fables, etc. is and advantaseftware
• Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software Expertise in analysing data using statistical software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures of COID.
• Suggest strategies to the Project Management team for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output and impact indicators for the project's success.
